Why we use it

Our company uses QuickBooks Online for accounting and payroll purposes. It plays a key role in us understanding our finances, preparing our finances for tax time, and running payroll every other week.

How we use it

Payroll

We run payroll in QuickBooks every 2 weeks, on every 2nd Friday, one week in arrears. As an example, this means the paycheque sent on February 21st is paying you for February 1st-14th. If you have any questions, talk to Jon Yergatian.

Workforce

Each team member receives an invite to QuickBooks Workforce — an online portal to view their pay stubs and tax forms. If you haven’t received an invite to QuickBooks Workforce, please reach out to Jon Yergatian.
