Why we use it

Grasshopper gives us a phone tree when someone calls our company number, and it lets us call-out using the company number — should you want to hide our personal number. The phone tree directs calls to the correct people, and is easily updatable.

How we use it

The Grasshooper app is most useful for hiding your personal number during for outbound phone calls. It also gives access to Voicemail messages — should you dislike receiving voicemail via email.

The app also supports text messaging, meaning we can send and receive text messages via our company number.
